This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products and services purchased from Agro Hospital may qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
1. Products Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to agricultural products sold by Agro Hospital, including but not limited to:
- Crop protection products
- Agro chemicals
- Fertilizers
- Seeds
- Agricultural equipment and supplies
- Pest control products
- Farm treatment products
It also applies to certain professional services provided by Agro Hospital, including:
- Soil testing
- Water testing
- Plant and leaf analysis
- Agricultural consultation services
- Pest control and fumigation services
- Farm management and field operations
2. Return Eligibility for Agricultural Products
Products may qualify for return or exchange if:
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product is damaged upon delivery
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
- The product packaging is unopened and unused
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product must remain in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and quality control reasons, Agro Hospital does not accept returns for:
- Opened agro chemicals
- Used agricultural products
- Customized farm treatment products
- Perishable agricultural inputs
- Products damaged through customer misuse
- Products stored improperly after delivery
Certain regulated agricultural chemicals may also be non-refundable once delivered.
4. Service Refund Policy
Because many of our services involve professional expertise, laboratory analysis, field operations, or travel expenses, refunds for services are handled differently.
Refunds May Be Considered If:
- Agro Hospital is unable to deliver the agreed service
- Duplicate payments were made
- Service cancellation is approved before work begins
Refunds Are Not Available For:
- Completed laboratory testing services
- Completed consultations
- Completed field inspections or fumigation services
- Delays caused by weather, access limitations, or client-related issues
- Dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow professional recommendations
5. Cancellations
Clients may request cancellation of scheduled services.
However:
- Cancellations made before service preparation may qualify for partial or full refunds
- Field visits, logistics, and sample processing fees may still apply
- Emergency or same-day service bookings may be non-refundable
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Payment provider
- Banking delays
- Mobile money processing
- Administrative verification
7. Product Inspection and Verification
Agro Hospital reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving refunds or exchanges.
Products that do not meet return conditions may be rejected.
8. Limitation of Liability
Agro Hospital is not responsible for:
- Crop losses resulting from incorrect product application
- Improper product storage after delivery
- Failure to follow usage instructions
- Environmental or climatic conditions affecting product performance
Customers are encouraged to carefully follow all safety and application instructions provided with agricultural products and services.
